Fertility-Related Podcast Recommendations

Podcasts are a great tool to learn about different fertility topics. I would not recommend relying on a podcast to learn how to chart, but they are wonderful for supplemental information. Here are some of my favorite fertility-related podcasts:

Charting Toward Intimacy | The one-stop shop to all things Catholic sexual ethics and NFP. Host Ellen Holloway also is a SymptoPro instructor and has many resources for Catholic women.

Two Become Family | A podcast on marriage where co-hosts are husband and wife team Renzo and Monica Ortega. I love hearing both of their perspectives, which also helps me understand how men view different topics in marriage.

Managing Your Fertility | Host Bridget Busacker interviews fertility awareness experts for meaningful conversations on living with authenticity and purpose.

The FAbM Base Podcast | This podcast is where science and real life intersect. Co-hosts Mary Bruno and Emily Frase are founders of FAbM Base (Fertility Awareness Database) and have so many wonderful resources on fertility awareness (including memoirs that I loved to read!).

Best of Both Worlds | This isn’t a fertility-related podcast, but I love how hosts Laura Vanderkam and Sarah Hart-Unger discuss balancing family and careers.

Visitation Sessions | Ending with one of my favorite Catholic podcasts! This isn’t fertility-related, although families and values are strong themes. This podcast is hosted by Catholic writer Emily Stimpson Chapman, her husband Chris, and Kate and Casey Stapleton.
